All of our security systems are equipped with built-in backup batteries that automatically recharge when the power supply is active. In the event of a power outage, these batteries immediately take over to ensure service continuity.
The autonomy varies depending on the equipment installed, but our batteries generally offer between 12 and 24 hours of continuous operation. Therefore, cameras, alarms, smoke detectors and connected access systems remain operational throughout the duration of a typical power outage.
Our systems are designed with dual connectivity to guarantee their reliability. In addition to the main internet connection via WiFi or ethernet cable, we integrate a 4G SIM card as a backup in alarm control panels and critical equipment.
If your usual internet connection is interrupted, the system automatically switches to the 4G mobile network without any intervention from you. You can continue to receive alert notifications, view your cameras remotely and control your connected access.
The surveillance cameras we install have local recording on memory card or hard drive. Even without an internet connection, your cameras continue to record images. You will be able to view these recordings as soon as the connection is restored.
The fog generator and alarm systems are triggered locally in the event of an intrusion, regardless of the presence of electricity or internet. Indoor and outdoor sirens operate on battery power and will effectively deter intruders.
Thanks to the 4G backup connection, alerts are also transmitted to your smartphone and our monitoring center even in the absence of a fixed internet connection.
